I purchased a SMT Smartwatch and i received the watch ( LATE ) and the watch would not charge so i contacted the company to see what could be done and they emailed me instructions on how to charge the watch, by the way there is only one way so they treated me as though i was an idiot, to cut a long story short they did NOTHING ABOUT IT AND WOULD NOTB REPLACE IT as they said i had to send it back for them to ACCESS and if they found it faulty they would give me a refund but i had to pay postage even though it was faulty. I bought this watch and it is not compatible with Apple/iMessage. All other apps appear to function, but your text messages on iMessage do not work. The customer support is horrible as well. I contacted the support email and tried to find if there was any suggestions on getting my iMessages on the watch. I received very common sense and generic responses (re start, re-pair etc.). I requested a refund since it does not work, and the customer service ghosted me.
The battery life was great for the first couple of weeks, and now after about a month a full charge will only last 2 days. Highly unrecommended.

I bought the SMT 4 watch and it works just fine. But the watch pin holder/anchor broke so the bracelet can not be attached. The watch is utterly useless unless you want a pocket watch. The watch base is not metal and obviously strucurally weak. NO refund, NO replacement, NO repairs! For $100 I have learned my lesson never to buy from a vendor not on Amazon or another well known website.

I think we were all fooled by the clever advertising and perhaps false reviews. Watch worked for full 10 hours and after 10 hours all I can use it for is time keeping, ironically that’s what watches are for right. Blood pressure, hart bit rate, even step count is not working, raising arm and turning your wrist wont turn it on for quick reading, you have to push button to see the time. Reading all comments, here and on other sites, no point of even trying to contact the company (on one web site it even says that watches are made in Toronto Canada) clear misleading. Don’t buy it!
Avoid buying. The watch just died on me multiple times, despite full charge. “Manuel” from customer service just provides useless information, seemingly trying to waste your time, whilst providing a facade of customer service. For a refund they ask you to pay shipping fee back to the USA, but according to Trust pilot customers they just don’t refund customers, or simply ignore your emails after this point. Don’t waste your money or time.

Maybe have a read of all these negative – real reviews, and improve this product – I would have gladly paid another $20 for this to have SMT use a quality paint that would hold up more than 1 month. Guess we got what we paid for. Mine is still working fine but looks like crap as after not even 2 months the paint (very nice steel blue colour) started flaking off all around the rim leaving the rim white with the face dark and the rest of the watch the beautiful blue. Looks like crap so I contacted them and asked if at least they had the paint. No dice, think I will remove the band, paint the watch BLACK and put a black band on it. Least then maybe I can get a year out of this thing. Bit of a hassle and likely not worth the effort but want to get a year out of this JUNK!! Would not have said this when I first got it as it was very nice looking on the surface for the price. That is my real only issue is the crappy paint as the price is enticing.
Pretty much what others have said. I went to the website and thought it would be a good watch. It even says on their site that it does ECG’s (which it does not). I emailed them for further explanation on how to get this feature and they didn’t respond. After several days I realized how terrible some of the other features (like the step counter) are and sent them a return request, for which they have not responded. I’m going to contact my credit card company to see if there is anything to do. Don’t waste your time with this company or this watch.
